Maddie and Ragan in the sales department were great to work with. They were responsive to all of my questions and were quick to come measure for our new carpet. Jorge did a fantastic job with the actual install, cleaned up after himself, and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. We couldn’t be happier!
Salesperson was a bit lackluster, but the manager was quick to help me. The installer was amazing and very helpful, plus he did a beautiful job.

Robyn was the best, we needed a Carpet Layer that could also stretch another room for us that had four floor outlets in it, which made it difficult. Robin found the perfect person to come in. He was very quick and efficiently the carpet and did an amazing job. Stretching our other rooms carpet around all the floor outlet without having to cut anything around the outlets.
Very accommodating. They sorted me a bit of load and took care of the difference. Awesome group of people.

We needed a 5'x5' flooring remnant. When I went to Pierce, there wasn't anything that fit my needs. Leah asked if I would leave my name and phone number, and assured me she would call if/when something became available. Sure enough, a week later I got a call from her. I had been planning to stop in again to check, but she was on top of it. Great customer service, great product, great price!!!
