Brian Ruddick was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He attended Pittsburg State University and majored in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing. While living in Bartlesville, he met his wife Kara and they started to build their life together while he worked through the ranks at Lowe’s, eventually being promoted to Store Manager. After 14 years of working with Lowe’s Brian and his wife decided they wanted to raise their family in the Gallatin Valley, where Kara grew up. With the new location, Brian transitioned to work as an assistant store manager for the Home Depot in Bozeman. He now has two wonderful boys Gage and Chase, he likes to spend his time watching them play football and going fishing. Currently, Brian is in a new position with the Pierce Carpet Mill Outlet as their store manager.
Ray has lived in Montana for 40+ years, first in Northern Montana and later on in Bozeman. He came to Bozeman in 1986 to attend the University where he eventually met his wonderful wife. He has been married for 25 years and has 3 great children. Ray started working for Pierce Flooring in 2000 and has enjoyed the many diverse and amazing projects he's been a part of over the years as well as the many customer relationships he has developed along the way.
Garnet Hoell-Morlan is a fourth Generation Bozeman Native. She has been in the retail business since she was 15 years old. After Graduating from Bozeman High School Garnet enrolled at Montana State University where she graduated with a BS in Fashion Merchandising and Business. After earning her degree, Garnet moved to Dallas and then later relocated to Seattle. After four years of exploring "Big City Life" she listened to her heart. Garnet moved back to Bozeman and in her eyes “the perfect way of life". Garnet has been married for over 17 years and has two teenage Daughters. Garnet helped open the Pierce Carpet Mill Warehouse in 1994. She has enjoyed being part of the Pierce Family for over 22 years. Garnet enjoys the design process and making customers dreams become a reality.
Bethany was born and raised in the hill country north of San Antonio, Texas. Shortly after graduating high school, she enlisted in the United States Army where she was trained as a Topographic Engineer. After 4 years of military service, Bethany headed back home to Texas where she spent the next 12 years working along side her dad and uncle in the flooring and design world. While visiting family in Bozeman in 2016, Bethany fell in love with the area and quickly decided to make the move from Texas to Montana. She joined the Pierce family in May of 2017.
Alix was born in Alaska, but spent most of her life in Washington State with her three younger siblings. She went to school to study Anthropology at Oregon State University. After living in Oregon for a few years she decided to move out to Bozeman, Montana for a change in scenery. Alix then worked for Home Depot for the next four years rising to the rank of Department Manager. While working at Home Depot Alix decided to go to school at Montana State University to study Psychology and Business. For the last five years Alix has volunteered for the Special Olympics as a soccer coach and a floor hockey assistant. She loves getting out there and helping the athletes meet their goals. Alix enjoys helping people learn about the flooring business and find the best flooring for their lifestyle.
